TOOL TRYOUT FACILITIES

All tooling wherever possible is commissioned in house, utilising our own tryout facilities. This ensures all our tooling is proven and fit for production when delivered to our customer either in the UK or abroad.

Our Aida 200 tonne press fitted with Adkin roll feed and Davis Decade tool protection was an investment Parry Precision Toolmakers made to ensure the very best facilities were available to us and our customers. Progression tools in particular can be run at production levels in house, and we are constantly asked to run pre- production sample quantities prior to delivery. With our own inspection facilities supporting this service, our customers benefit by our tools smoothly integrating into their busy production environment.

Many customers prefer Parry Precision Toolmakers to run their tools for them as a cost effective extension to their own production. Our ISO 9001:2000 quality system ensures our customers receive the very best in quality and service.
