The NC-1 Single point gap frame press uses a welded steel
frame, cast iron slide, and over-sized cast steel bolsters.
This enables the press to deliver minimum angular frame
deflection insuring longer die life and higher part quality.
This press has Aida’s Hydraulic Overload Protection System (HOLP),
an adjustable trip level and an unstuck switch
The advanced control system brings a high level of
flexibility . Add a six point slide guide system and 25
other features and the result is a gap frame press that
dramatically limits factors that can shorten die life
It provides between 35 and 70 strokes / minute, and a 4.33
inch available slide adjustment. |
